The hotel has 46 comfortable rooms, most with balconies and sea views, accompanied by satellite tv, wi-fi, minibar, telephone, safe, hair dryer, and individual air conditioning.
Individual guests can make their reservations online, by phone, by mail or by fax. When booking online you must pay the 30% deposit by credit card through the PayPal system, remember that the full payment for the stay is to be paid at the time of departure, any penalties for cancellation are however deducted from the deposit paid at the time of booking. The data transmitted online are binding in legal terms.
All hotel services are payable on departure in cash or by debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard , American Express) . Any additional costs are borne by the paying customer .
Legal Liability / Deposit
Anyone who causes damage to the building or inventory will be legally responsible in range of the applicable regulations (this is applied in particular for carers and organizers) . Theft or intentional damage are immediately reported. At the time of departure of groups all the rooms of the hotel will be inspected by the staff. The replacement costs for any damage or loss of keys will be charged and are payable at the departure. HOTEL TOURIST has no legal responsibility for luggage deposited in dedicated room or for vehicles or bicycles parked on the hotel property.
Payments in Advance
All bookings are to be paid in to our bank account or through other forms specified by our staff (an advance of 30% on the price of the stay). It must be paid to the online booking or within 7 days of receiving confirmation of your booking, in the case of short-term bookings within 3 days of arrival. Any costs for the bank transfer will be borne by the sender.
The rules for cancellation by individual guests is based on the legal stipulations. Reservations made online may be cancelled in writing within 24 hours.
The refund of the deposit is provided only for cancellations within 21 days from the date of arrival. The refund of the deposit is equal to 25 % for cancellations from 20 to 14 days before arrival. No refund is given for cancellations within 14 days of the date of arrival.
Internal regulation and Final rules
Our internal regulations are part of the general conditions. If these orders are not complied with, TOURIST HOTEL has the right to immediately dissolve the accommodation contract. For this reason, the cost of any services not received will be charged with the penalties mentioned above for cancellation.
- Silence during the night: From 22.00 all rooms should moderate the sound volume. Please be silent even in the corridors and on the stairs.
- Smoking ban: The smoking ban in the rooms and in public areas should be respected.
- Damage, daub, loss of keys: iIn the event of damage or daub building or inventory or loss of keys, the damage is paid by those who procured . Payments of this type should be carried out immediately in cash (in the case of the groups carer, possibly as a replacement organizer, is obliged to anticipate the sum) . Theft or malicious damage must be reported immediately.
Access to emergency stairs is allowed only in case of fire.
In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the above rules, HOTEL TOURIST has the right to immediately terminate at any time the agreement of accommodation. The guest is obliged to pay the tax for the entire period booked.
We inform you that we can not take any responsibility for luggage or valuables.
- Escape routes / exits: In case of fire if the stairs are out of function, use the emergency stairs marked by appropriate signs. If these stairs should not be accessible, stay in your room (unlocked) and get yourselves to an open window where you can be seen.
The invalidity of individual parts of these conditions does not affect in any way the validity of the remaining parts
